and is it electric?

does it come with the charger and battery?

and would it be possibly for you to sell it to me for $35?

Charger:  No.
Your price:  For this quality of gun, $35 would get me to let you shoot it for a day.

This is a VFC, not some hack company that makes the crap you can buy in the sports stores on base.
