| Schedule:
0900: FIELD OPENS
0930: SAFTEY BREIFING 1
0900-1030: GENERAL PREPERATION, CHRONOGRAPH, TEAM SEPERATION
1030-1300: GAME PLAY BLOCK 1
1300-1400: LUNCH BREAK (small scenarios, pistol matches, etc. will be run through lunch for players wishing to participate)
1340: SAFTEY BREIFING 2
1400-1730: GAME BLOCK 2
1730: GAME PLAY ENDS
1800: PLAYERS MUST EXIT THE PROPERTY
This schedule will be adhered to as tightly as possible. However, if all players are ready before 1030 gaming may begin early. Also keep in mind, issues could arise which may cause delays. We ask that all participants be accepting of this fact and do your part to make sure your ready when game time arrives.
Parking:
Parking is limited at the top of the hill, participants are asked not to block the driveway, or to block in other participants. If you can’t find suitable parking you should park at the bottom of the hill and walk up. Players may be asked by staff to move their vehicles if it causes an issue with space, or blocking other vehicles. Early arrival for best parking is encouraged.
