Fullmetal wrote the following review... It's a great look at a very popular AEG. We'd like to thank him for posting it to the website. I purchased this weapon about a month ago from the guys over at NA.
When i got the box home i was pleasantly surprised at how well the gun was secured in the box.The gun was set in a carboard cut out with 2 pieces of Styrofoam holding it in. The contents of the box included the gun, cleaning rod, barrel plug, blaze orange tip, 1 hi-cap Mag with winding key, bag of 200 premium bb's, 8.4v 1200 mah battery w/small tamiya, Sight adjustment tool, battery charger and a very thorough owners manual.
When i took the weapon out of the box i was surprised at the weight of the weapon, it was hefty and very sturdy. There was no barrel wobble that you might expect out of a lower end AEG, the stock was tight on the tube and very easy to collapse. The flip up sights on the gun are top notch, they are very easy to flip up and take down. The rails on the gun are metal as are the stock tube, front barrel, sights and delta ring. The plastic parts include the stock, grip, upper and lower reciever and hand guard, Now dont let the fact hat these are plastic fool you they are very durable. I charged the battery for awhile the installed it in the gun, now this is the tricky part you have to turn 2 screws on the hand guard to get the battery in , no you have to mess with the battery for a few minutes to get it to seat properly to be able to close the hand guard.
I loaded the mag with elite .25's and proceeded to fire the weapon and wow this thing pacts a punch, after adjusting the hop up which is like most M4 series weapons this thing shot straight and true.
I pulled out the Chrono and fired about 30 rounds through it with the fps going from 453 to 465 , the most consistent number was 457. now i know this is probably rare but i was using Mad Bulls Airsoft Chrono and it has never failed me. The rate of fire came in at a decent 11.26 rps.
I would recommend this weapon to anyone.
Now for the Pro's and Con's
Pro's 1. Sturdy 2. Lots of metal 3. Fps 4. Rps 5. Ease of use
Con's 1. Plastic body 2. Front sight has alittle wobble after use
I hope this review was helpful
